Garrett started with just 40 people in his database and since then, in just over 10 years, has sold 600+ homes, 100% by relationship. Garrett brings substantial experience and expertise to his team and their clients.
Garrett runs The Maroon Group, a top 1% team in Southeast Virginia, and also is the co-owner and head coach of The Faithful Agent, a nonprofit with the mission to cultivate a community of Gospel-loving believers in real estate who desire to grow their business and their faith. He also co-hosts his own podcast, The Faithful Agent podcast, which is consistently ranked in the top 50 podcasts for real estate. Since discovering the Common Agent Scoreboard Garrett has been on a mission to help agents reclaim an intentional life, teaching them to be both ambition at work and at home. Garrett’s superpower is helping real estate agents make more money by doing what they love.
Most importantly, his wife, Rachel, his four kids (Haddie - 7, Dylan - 5, Ivy – 3, Zoe – 1) and his puppy Sampson keep him busy outside of work. He is actively involved in his church and loves dad jokes!
